Given the current situation with Covid 19 I am trying to only ship items once a week (usually on a Monday) in order to reduce risk. 

Please be aware that any orders printed by me and laminated on pouches can take two weeks to produce and ship at busy times. The dispatch estimates for pre-orders will be stated on individual listings. 

All items are shipped via Royal Mail drop and go. This means I will not be able to provide proof of postage until I have next been to the post office to collect the proof of postage. 

All items are sent first class and should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. If you need an item more urgently please contact me prior to order and I can arrange an alternate method to make sure your parcel reaches you on time.
